As well as general Taekwondo classes, we also offer a specialist class once a month on a Saturday 11.15-12.30 usually with Master Andrew.  Each time Sport Taekwondo and one other specialist will be taught.  For example; foam weapons, self defence with take downs, jumping kicks with mats,  power pad, breaking techniques and more.

Did you know that Master Andrew represented Great Britain and competed in the 1996 European and 1997 World Championships in Sport Taekwondo!
